A lack of communication between you and the person you hired could mean one of several things. Either no one has inquired about the property you are selling; the agent you have hired has not located any homes on the market that meet your buying specifications; or your agent isn't doing his or her job.

Sometimes you just have to face it - you may have mad a poor choice in realtors. If your house is not selling, perhaps it's not the location or the market. If your realtor cannot sell your house, it might be time to fire your real estate agent and find a new one to get your house sold.

A real estate deal is a contract between a buyer and a seller to transfer a piece of property in exchange for a down payment, full payment or assumption of a mortgage. Because the deal is a legal contract, it is difficult to simply get out of.
